Got the new chicken and waffle extremely disappointing for almost 6 dollars.Couldnt eat as a sandwich just so disappointing

I had a balance of $20 on my account which I did not want to use that day. I have never had a balance on my account when I scanned in drive thru so I did not know they were supposed to ask if you want to use the money or not and the money was taken off my Chick Fil a app and when I noticed this at the pick up window the shift leader told me there was nothing they can do and that yes the worker was supposed to ask. Called CFA customer service and nothing they can do either because it is a standalone location and they sent a message to the restaurant on my behalf, two weeks later and I have heard nothing I am highly disappointed with this location never had any problems with CFA before but this is an inconvenience!

Everyone was very friendly! The food tasted fresh and hot. Also Becky the hostess in the dinning room was incredible! She refilled our drinks and made us feel very welcome even telling us about local events in the area to enjoy during trip. We even saw the franchise owner (we asked her who he was) helping other guests. 10/10 fast food experience

The best biscuit I have ever had from Chic fil a! Honestly, it's one of the best biscuits I've ever had in my life! The egg on the chicken biscuit was a great choice. It was fluffy and complimented the sandwich. The piece of chicken was small but it was tasty!
